I was under a tight deadline and Victoria responded with alacrity and clarity which helped me to have the patience to work through multiple rounds. While there is a period where there should be a comma in the final copy this and other mistakes are entirely the fault of final editing of a proof copy at 4am to not lose another day with Ex Why Zed which is based in the UK.
